Share that link with friends, family, or neighbors — and when they become a paying customer of Elemental Air Solutions, you earn a $250 Visa or Amex gift card. There's no limit to how many people you can refer.
How do I get my Elemental Energy Pass?
It's free and takes less than a minute. Click "Get Your Pass" at the top of this page, sign in with your Google or email account, and your personal pass is instantly created. You'll see your unique referral link and a shareable digital pass card right away.
How do I share my pass?
From your pass page, you can copy your referral link with one tap, send it via text message, share it by email, or post it to social media. Your link is unique to you — every time someone signs up through it, the referral is automatically tracked to your account.
What counts as a qualifying referral?
A qualifying referral is when someone you referred purchases and has installed a new HVAC system or equipment from Elemental Air Solutions — such as an air conditioner, furnace, heat pump, mini-split, or air handler. The purchase must be completed and paid in full. Service calls, maintenance plans, or repairs alone do not qualify.
How much do I earn and is there a cap?
You earn $250 for every qualifying referral — with absolutely no cap. Refer 1 person or 100 people, each completed qualifying purchase earns you another $250 gift card. The more you share, the more you earn.
When will I receive my $250 gift card?
Once your referred customer's HVAC equipment purchase is confirmed and paid in full, Elemental Air Solutions will verify the referral and issue your $250 Visa or Amex prepaid gift card within 30 days. You'll be notified through the app when your referral has been converted and when your reward has been issued.
How do I know when someone uses my pass?
You'll see a live notification on your pass page the moment someone submits their information using your referral link. Your referral list updates in real time, and each entry shows the current status — Pending, Converted, or Rewarded — so you always know exactly where your referrals stand.
Is my personal information safe?
Absolutely. We take your privacy seriously. Your information is stored securely and is never sold to third parties. We only use your name, email, and phone number to administer the referral program and send your reward. All data is encrypted and protected. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Can I refer someone who already knows Elemental Air Solutions?
